Martians Among Us
By Lois Lane
This is not old news, aliens living among us, here on Earth. But in an exclusive one-on-one, J'onn Jonz, the Martian Manhunter discusses why it took him so long to reveal himself.

"Part of why I have been worried about revealing myself is your tendency to cast Martians as the bad guys in your popular entertainment," he started. "Once, Mars was as green as your world, but it faded. Only our technology maintained it as an inhabitable world and now my people are gone...and there is only the dust."

There is a definite sadness to the alien, and while he doesn't frown or smile as a human might, the emotion is telling in that sudden stillness that cloaks him before he continued talking of what destorying life on his homeworld.

"I fear that it may have been a weapon, for we did have enemies. I hope they too are gone...I would not wish their presence on the peoples of Earth...but I cannot be sure. I could not fight them alone. Fortunately...I would not be alone if they tried anything with Earth."

J'onn is not alone in his quest to protect the Earth,
