ADELPHI, MARYLAND. - The US Army has responded to news of an attack on the Army Research Laboratory at the Adelphi Laboratory Center in Maryland late last night. General Avery Sunderland, speaking on behalf of the laboratory, made this statement to the press.
"At this time, for reasons of security, we cannot disclose many details about the attack on the ARL. We will say, however, that the military was able to repel the attack and nothing was taken, although some research has been damaged. The military is using all of its resources to bring the perpetrators to justice."
They is no word on who or what attacked the center, what they were trying to get to, or what was destroyed.
