A lawsuit by former 'non powered' citizens of Genosha to attempt to freeze Genoshan assets in US and other western banks under the Corrupt Foreign Practices Act, has been brought up with a counter claim for human rights violations, corrupt practices and misappropriation of funds. It is not so much the fact that the counter claim is made, but the sheer volume of documents outline evidence against the parties in question. Documents and evidence has been submitted even from jurisdictions that do not normally cooperate with attempted investigations such as the Cayman Islands and Lichtenstein. Simultaneous copies have also been sent to S.H.I.E.L.D, Interpol, the ICC, T.A.Z.E., the FBI, MI5 and numerous other jurisdictional entities. No word has been spoken about any charges being brought up against citizenry, but the primary judge overseeing the preliminary motions against Genoshan assets in the Washington D.C. court has halted any attempt at freezing Genoshan assets and expanded the case to include claims and counterclaims from both sides.
