What: The X-men Talk to their S.H.I.E.L.D. guest.

Logan made his way to the grounds. Wearing a black leather coat with yellow accents on the sleeves, a pair of blue jeans, cowboy boots and a white tanktop, Logan moved onto the grass of the rear grounds. Smoking his cigar he puffed out some smoke. "How long have ya been here?" he asked the new face. Apparently she had been driven away by Sentinels.

Taking another puff of the cigar he looked around seeing the sun reveal itself from the clouds. It wasn't quite wintery cold, but cold enough to need a jacket and pants. Puffing again he blew out some smoke looking at the woman. If Tynan had access to S.H.I.E.L.D. resources she would have found the file on the man with sideburns and an odd haircut: Howlet, James aka Logan. Age: Unknown. Codename: Wolverine. Status: Field Agent. What else showed was that Logan was an agent with a reputation and one that lived up to the hype around it. Several missions were in his files that she had access to, a lot of them had various bits censored. Odd that an agent was an X-man.

Tynan finishes her last lap before sliding to a stop. She's still adjusting to her new speed. "A day or two. Took down the sentinels on my way in. I was checking in on my Westchester handler.", she tells. The woman hands over a file. Likely one that'll get ignored given what she read about him. "Higher ups are still trying to figure out where to place me exactly. I'm not stealthy, and I'm a long ways from doing anything undercover. The one thing I'm good at? Putting things down. Permanently.

"Higher ups are still trying to figure out where to place me exactly. I'm not stealthy, and I'm a long ways from doing anything undercover. The one thing I'm good at? Putting things down. Permanently.", she tells. The woman stretches out a little bit.

"I'm sopposed to warn you that I'm considered a danger to many around me cause I carry a defective Super Soldier serum in me. Some weird french guy said that what I have is a Generation Seven model that has mental issues.", she tells. The woman takes a deep breath. "My apologizes. My name is Tynan Morrigan.", the Irish woman tells.

"Logan," he eventually greeted the woman. Taking the file that he was given. Flipping through it Logan was actually reading the file. Well, it was more like skimming it. "How bad was the batch?" it was a sincere question despite sounding routine. There were stories of people that had bad batches of serums based off of the super soldier formula that had something that went awry.

"What the hell brought you here Tynan?" S.H.I.E.L.D. and X-men didn't mix with the exception of Hank and himself. So, how Tynan fit into this equation was a bit of a mess. There was a story that had to be told there.

Tynan takes a deep breath for a long moment. "The batch was the one used on Slade Wilson, I was infected with it by Slade Wilson using his blood to transmit it to mercenaries.", she tells. "As far as I've seen, his daughter, one of Batman's former students gone rogue, and myself survived it. So far...2 out of 3 have gone insane.", she tells. "And I'm borderline all the time."

The woman is standing by the track while Wolverine is standing in front of him. What Logan would notice quickly is Tynan's age and the data inside the file stating her combat experience. She qualified to be a SHIELD agent almost as young as 16...But somehow escaped notice. The woman takes a deep breath. "Actually, sir, you are the reason.", she tells.

Walking by a window, Bobby did not expect to see the SHIELD agent from the other day still on grounds. He's glad Logan is down there but he wasn't expecting to see him back yet either. Though given the recent events, he's glad to see the clawed Canadian. But since a SHIELD agent was round, Bobby grabbed some sunglasses before heading outside. In jeans and a t-shirt with a snowman lounging on a beach on it, he lifts a hand to offer a wave as he approaches the pair. "Hey."

With the nice weather, Regina has decided to enjoy it. She's just leaving the building, a small bottle of diet Pepsi in her hand as she walks. Eyes closed, but this doesn't seem to impede her navigation. As usual, she's surrounded by bugs.

Steve Rogers, emphatically out of uniform so as not to draw attention to the school. With Jean Grey. It's perhaps an unusual combination - unless, of course, you saw the recent press conference and know who signed up for Avengers membership.

As she walks with Steve out into the back of the mansion, she says, "Thank you for coming in plain clothes. No one will harm you here. Unless it's Bobby. He might try and get all fan crazed on you." When her eyes fall on Logan, Jean blushes slightly as she adjusts her body some to try and give an air of confidence about her. She is also in plain clothes and her hair is all down around her flowing in the wind.

An eyebrow went up at Tynan as Logan took in that piece of information. "No wonder S.H.I.E.L.D. wants to keep an eye on you. Gotta keep fightin' the urges..They'll weight on you. Some days will be worse than others darlin'," Logan said firmly. His eyes stayed on the young woman. "What do you mean I'm the reason?" Logan hadn't been debrief yet. A nod was given to Bobby, "Tynan, Bobby. Bobby, Tynan." Logan was trying to be proper with the greetings. Sniffing the air a little he looked around, "Who smells like fresh dirt, like they crawled up from the ground?" He had yet to meet Regina. The smell of earth followed her due to the bugs.

Once the Captain showed up Logan smiled, "Captain." Yes, Logan addressed Steve Rogers by title. One of the few people he did. Then his gaze went to Jean. As she blushed Logan looked down and ran a hand through his hair. The pair still had some talking to do. "Jean," he muttered.

Tynan looks over at Regina. "And she's walking with her eyes closed.", she says. Yes, the woman can see that far. She coughs a little bit from the cigar. "This enhanced senses bit is a bit much at times.", she says, waving a hand over her nose for a second. "And yes...the urges. I spent 5 weeks in isolation, dealing with them.", she tells. A lot of it was likely hold ups in paperwork.

"Hello Bobby.", she says. "And yes, Logan. I've been assigned several handlers, due to my unique situation. You were mentioned as a possible candidate due to your...unique qualities.", she says. Yes, somebody who can use the Berserkers Rage without slaughtering a few thousand people...The woman turns towards Jean and Cap. She squeaks a little bit. "Sir!", she says, going into a salute. Its American, which looks not quite right. Its clear she's worked on it, but well, Europe and all that.

Captain America inclines his head. "Logan." Then he turns to Tynan. "Is that why you're here?" That's a better reason than her just poking around Xavier's, which is what Fury wants her to, well, not be doing.

Bobby tenses slightly when his name is used but says nothing about it. "Don't look at me, I showered this morning," he tries a joke. Logan's question gets him quirking a brow and glancing around though. When he spots Regina, he frowns. "Someone's who's in a truckload of trouble," he says flatly. He watches Regina for a moment but shrugs. The Professor's going to handle that one. He nods slightly towards Tynan, just listening for now. As Cap and Jean appear, Bobby looks pretty surprised. "Uh...hi."

Jean Grey cocks her head to the side looking over at Regina for a moment when she blinks turning to look at Tynan. She folds her hands behind her back staring at her for a moment as she hmmms softly and says, "Tynan, I am Jean Grey. I know you don't know me but try and calm yourself. Your emotions are a bit strong. Captain is not here to harm you." She looks at Steve and says softly into his mind, "I am sensing Pain, rage, and confusion. However, her training has it all in check. She has a good deal of discipline about her right now. It's impressive." She looks over at Bobby and walks over to stand next to him. She hooks her arm in his and leans into whisper something before turning her attention back to the group. Her eyes moving to Logan now and again.

Jean Grey whispers to Bobby for those with good senses, "It's a long story. The short of it. I joined the Avengers to stop Erik."

Regina Bush overhears people talking about her, and heads over. "I'm in trouble? Why?" She makes it sound like she has no clue what she did wrong, but there's a certain degree of unease in her voice. Like she knows why. "And I'm Regina Bush."

Logan gave a nod to Regina, "Nice to meet ya." He extended his hand out to Regina. Mutants saw in a variety of ways. If Regina was able to move around without walking into something while her eyes were closed he figured it was some kind of power. Then his gaze went to Tynan, "If Hill approves I'll be yer guide on the rage department. If ya need the help I'll give it," he said giving Tynan a nod. "She don't need to give her reason, Captain. Not here anyway. Fury may not want her talkin' people that weren't part of it," this was Logan giving Fury credit. Normally he would have taken an attitude of 'everyone's old enough to know.'

An eyebrow went back up to Bobby, "Why is she in trouble, kid?" Logan believed Bobby had his reasons. Right now he was very curious about them. Then Jean seemed to be comfortable with Cap and the like. Nothing showed outwardly, but inwardly there was a twinge of pain. His gaze went away from Jean and stayed on the ground.

Tynan nods her head to the Captain. "Yes.", she says. Then Jean talks to her about her emotions. Tynan tilts her head a little bit. "I know the Captain isn't here to harm me. And calming myself...Well, Logan can explain it better then I can. You're...probably sensing me at my calmest, if you're a telepath.", she tells. Tynan takes a deep breath looking down. "I'm not quite right in the head anymore.", she tells Jean.

Captain America nods. "Boss says he isn't fond of his agents just hanging out here," is all Steve says. In other words, be careful. Don't piss off the Fury. Then he glances at Logan. "He also wants to talk to Xavier." Which he already mentioned to Jean on the way over.

Bobby gave a flat look to Regina. "Seriously? Did you just forgot the other day?" he asks, nodding slightly towards Tynan. "She's in trouble cause of what she did when the giant robots of death showed up nearby," he answers Logan. "Professor Xavier's going to talk to you about it," he adds for Regina. When Jean comes up to him, he blinks again but lets her lean in. There's a faint frown at the whisper and he 'thinks' his reply her way. ~Well he kind of broke out of the school using the Danger Room then got kidnapped by Sentinels~ he explains to his telepathic friend. His eyes flick to Logan at all the talk about urges and control though, wondering his thoughts on it. Attention returns quickly to Cap though. He may not be fanboying out but its clear he admires the Super Soldier.

Jean Grey nods looking at Bobby before returning her gaze to Tynan, "I am a telepath. And I can sense your discipline. But that is not the case is it? I do not know much about you expect what Captain Rogers told me." She turns her attention to Logan, "I came with him Logan because...I think Professor should hear what Fury has to say...at least. I think if you support the idea, he might be more open to it. I do not wish to push the limits of my...well we can talk about that in private if need be. But I support it. It can't hurt to hear what Fury has to say."

Regina Bush looks innocent. "You mean I was doing something wrong? Nobody told me that was against the rules." She isn't very convincing, really. She opens her eyes, and it may be obvious why she doesn't need them open. Those eyes are empty white orbs, probably meaningless. She points towards Cap, "You look familiar somehow."

Smirking at the exchange between Bobby and Regina Logan muttered, "Reminds me of a bratty teenager when he used to get in trouble. Don't it Mister Drake?" Logan's words practically oozed with the amusement as things came full circle. A hand went to Tynan and he patted her back in an encouraging way. The type of gesture that was sympathetic because Logan still had problems with his rage sometimes. "Captain. Boss knows I can be trusted. Whisper it in my ear," he moved in close to the Captain. Two things flashed through his mind, the desire to believe Jean and the redhead could tell Logan was planning something. She couldn't find out what because of his psychic barriers, but something was going on.

"Sorry, all I have is that he wants to talk." He does turn to murmur something to Logan, though, presumably the topic of intended conversation. Then he turns his attention to Regina Bush. The white eyes don't bother him. He's probably the only person here who isn't a mutant. "I didn't catch your name."

Tynan nods to the Captain. "Yes sir. He's probably pissed about me taking out a sentinel, and crippling another so that Mister Drake can finish it. That and the fact that I fought 4 of the things at once...Remind me never to do anything like that again.", she tells. "I'm probably going to be brigged anyways, but I stand by my battleground decision. They carried the intent to harm Magneto, and possibly kill him. I reacted to the situation, and then proceeded to engage after getting the green light from Hank McCoy.", she tells. The woman takes a deep breath.

Captain America nods. "Officially, they were there to arrest him. Was anyone who did not engage put in danger?" He's fishing for something. Or, perhaps not.

As she narrows her eyes, Jean knows Logan's body language enough to know he is up to something. Jean frowns slightly and sighs in a clear frustration with him, before she turns her attention to listen to Tynan. She folds her hands behind her back as she gives Logan a telekinetic jab to the ribs making it clear she knows he is up to something but remains silent as she listens to the exchange between Captain America and Tynan.

Captain America whispers "About Sentinels."

Tynan nods her head. "A student from the Academy, Miss Regina Bush came running outside while they were firing. So there was Civilans in danger, not to mention the school within the immediate area. I lure them away from the school, and towards the forest."

Bobby shoots a mildly annoyed look Logan's way. "No. It doesn't," he mutters. "The act isn't gonna help," he adds to Regina. He falls silent as they talk, butting in when Hank was mentioned. "That'd be Red Light actually. He told them to stand down and not attack and someone rejected the order over the robots' intercom," he remarks. "They started setting fire to the forest too. If I didn't contain it, it could have spread to the school and to Salem Center."

Captain America nods. "Did they...in your opinion, did they take appropriate precautions not to endanger civilians." Of course, some would argue the students don't count. Cap? Not keen on that argument.

Regina Bush sighs and decides to ignore Bobby, instead answering the question she's asked, "Regina Bush. Still trying to come up with a codename." She smiles as a big fat maggot digs a hole through her forehead, the hole closing after as the maggot crawls around there.

Tynan shakes her head. "As made evident by the student walking into the combat area, and the fact that the Sentinels did not stop firing as the student in the combat area, they did not make any attempt to barricade or create a perimeter in which to limit Civilian casualties. Given that the Sentinels can be classified as heavy armored Arial weapons, at no point, was there any human presence on the field issuing out any warnings.", she tells.

"Nope," Bobby replies. "Didn't seem to care. And when I brought it up to them, they started attacking me," he replies to Cap. "I'd like to know who the guy on the intercom was. If he's in charge of those things, he's the guy we need to have a little chat with about not unleashing killer robots. That's some straight up super villain stuff."

Tynan says, "He said his name was General Hartmann."

Jean Grey frowns, "Any perhaps consider that Magneto was working hand in hand with this General. It would not surprise me if he wasn't." It's clear that Jean has no love for the man with all the pain he has caused Charles over the years to him and his team.

Captain America nods. "Good...that gels with what I was discussing with the boss." Which may mean Tynan's in less trouble than she thought. Maybe. Steve doesn't seem to be giving much away.

Regina Bush pitches in, "They didn't like attack me or anything, though. It was totally safe." That might be a misstatement of the facts, the maggot on her forehead crawling back inside her head, the hole it leaves closing again quickly.

"So they didn't attack you Regina? What about you Bobbo?" Logan asked. He was trying to put the pieces together. Something about this unnerved him. The fact that Sentinels appeared to have selected targets. He was just making sure his facts were straight.

Bobby sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose. "It was as far from safe as it could be. You could have gotten yourself killed," he says, shooting an annoyed look at Regina. "You're not getting out of trouble no matter how much you lie about it," he adds. "They were going to attack me. I didn't give them a chance though," he answers Logan. "And just cause they didn't directly attack her doesn't mean they didn't put her in danger," he adds. He then glances to Jean and his brow furrows. "I don't think so. At least not directly or whatever. They could just be using each other as excuses. Was talking to the Professor about something like that earlier..."

Captain America nods. "They didn't attack you, but they should have been more careful." Hartmann. Fury mentioned that name. Steve's face sets a little. "And starting fires is just carelessness."

Tynan takes a deep breath. "Deary, based on international military laws, they did commit an act of aggression while a Civilian was in the field of combat. So why they might not of attacked you, they did put you in unnecessary risk. Basically think about it like this. A cop draws his gun, and shots inside a store to get a robber, while you were in there. He would get fired, cause he shot his weapon in an area where you could have been hit.", Tynan explains.

Tynan says, "They set fire to the trees, cause I was using the forest as cover. I'm not stupid enough to run into a kill box. No offense, Captain. I wouldn't run into No Man's Land..."

Jean Grey hmmms softly before looking at Logan, "The Sentinels mutant detection program must not be active or whoever is making them again decided to not hurt the children and only wanted Magneto." Jean turns to look at the mansion as she brings a hand to her temple. She begins to scan for Scott and stops and cocks an eyebrow. She goes quite again listening to the conversation at hand.

Regina Bush shrugs, clearly not too concerned. Perhaps a youthful sense of immortality, or perhaps a little more. "It went fine, you're making mountains out of molehills, old man."

"How were you using the trees?" Logan asked of Tynan. He was listening to what everyone was saying. His eyes looked around just taking in the intel.

Tynan looks at Logan. "Traditional Sniper set up. Set up behind a tree or rock for coverage, and to hide myself. Took aim, fired, moved. Kept the trees between me and the Robots to stay hidden, though...they fired in a general direction, not locked on. I'm a mutant so it would make more sense for them to have locked on to my mutant signature."

Captain America nods. "So a case could be made for that being your fault." Cap sets his lips. "We need to be careful. Any engaging of Sentinels has to be to protect civilians."

Bobby's eyes narrow at Regina, the air taking on a rather frigid chill. "You're going to be in detention for a very long time, kid," he says simply. "Starting this week. No leaving school grounds for the week," he adds. "I don't think that's a very strong case, Cap. I mean giant robots should be less careless about intentionally setting fire to the woods near a populated area."

A soft smirk escapes her lips...Jean can't help it. Bobby giving detention just amuses her. She whispers into Bobby's mind, "Oh the things I could say to that." She tucks a loose strand of hair behind her ear before looking back at Tynan. Jean watches the girl intently extending her senses around the girl without delving to deep to get a better sense of the girl.

"Well, my initial shot came after the student ran into the combat area. Though that's hearsay and can be dismissed in court.", Tynan says. "As for setting the forest on fire, they were engaging a hostile threat in a wooded area. My only argument would be to counter that Doctor McCoy gave me an order to engage as long as there was a clear danger to others or myself.", she tells. Jean would sense those strong feelings, and a sense of loneliness, pride, eagerness, and deeper, madness and insanity...

Captain America nods. "I'm not saying it's a strong case, I'm saying it's a case they would use." Cap lets his shoulders slump. "We're working on it. The Avengers, that is."

Jean Grey hmmms softly cocking her head to the side watching Tynan. She looks over at Captain but her train of thought is interrupted looking over at Bobby. She blinks looking at him intently. <<What's a matter with you? And don't you tell me nothing Bobby. You are never bothered by stuff like this. I can sense your gloom. Sorry if I shouldn't have but...I think you need to come and visit me for a weekend in the city. Maybe you need a break.>> It's clear that Jean is talking to Bobby telepathically by her expression.

Regina Bush is totally not worried, telepathic intrusions would reveal the same. "Okay. No leaving for a week, got it." She doesn't sound like she remotely cares. "What am I going to be doing for detention?" She might be used to detention.

Regina Bush is totally not worried, telepathic intrusions would reveal the same. "Okay. No leaving for a week, got it." She doesn't sound like she remotely cares. "What am I going to be doing for detention?" She might be used to detention. "Mister Summers told me I did right, you know?" She believes those words.

Logan looked at Cap. "Don't be too hard on Tynan. She was shooting at them sniper snipe. Usually most of her targets don't get up after a well aimed slug," Logan wasn't going to back down. "We just learned something about our enemy. They're tactical. How do ya find a target that's stayin' hidden, ya smoke it out," Logan said firmly. His eyes went to Jean once before they refocused on Cap. "Should be a joint effort. Us n' the Avengers. Jean n' Hank can be liaisons. We want the same thing here Captain. No reason to be divided in the solution..."

Tynan looks at Logan. "Most things, including some tanks, can't take .50 BMG to the face. While the first one was made combat ineffective, it was still able to lumber around.", she tells. That disturbs Ty a bit. She was at 750 meters, and had a clean shot. That should have stopped a Semi doing around 60 to 80 MPH cold. It just dropped the Sentinel to its knees. "Though, I'm not going to argue with the higher ups. I accept whatever punishment. Despite everything, I did still pull the trigger, and shot at military properity of a nation.", she says.

"We'll talk about it...back at the helicarrier." Yeah, Tynan's coming back with him, after what Fury said about agents and the mansion. Then he glances at Logan. "Like I said. The boss wants to talk to Xavier." Which is probably a good thing.

"And judging by how quick to lie you were today, I'm sure ya told him a nice story," Bobby replies. "I'll get back to you on what you'll be doing after your talk with the Professor," he adds. He nods to what Logan says about it being a joint effort. He's entirely against staying behind and doing nothing. Jean's telepathic messages make im frown though. <<There's a lot going on, Jean. And not just our students being suicidally stupid,>> he pauses. <<Visit you? Where? At Avengers Tower?>>

Jean Grey shakes her head slightly, <> She smirks softly but she has the money to cover it thanks to Charles. She does show concern for her friend even if he is a pain in her ass most of the time. She looks over at Steve and says, "I need to get something from my room. I will meet you out front Captain for the ride back out front." Jean looks over at Logan giving him a sadden look before she turns on her heels passing Bobby. She reaches out to squeeze his arm before she makes her way into the mansion.

Tynan takes a deep breath. Yeah, she knows she's going in for some trouble. "Nice to meet everyone. Either way, back into a cube for me.", she tells. Tynan mutters a little bit as she goes to face her time in front of the Boss again. Devil's Dad likely is very...unhappy with her at the moment, creating a political mess. Hey! At least her kill wasn't human! Its slightly easier to clean up!

Regina Bush objects, "I did not lie, I spoke the truth." She sounds quite offended by the implications. "Maybe you need detention, if you're so eager to bully well-meaning students." She folds her arms, looking a bit cross.
