A man was killed with a piano today as it fell from a fourth story and impacted with the pavement. Secondary damage from environmental effects caused three minor traffic accidents as a second man died of a heart attack on the way to the hospital from coronary arrest. Sadly, no local heroes were on hand to save the piano.
