Hot Dog Vendor
Where: Brooklyn North and the Hall of Justice in New York
When: 06/19/2015
Tone: Social
What: A young Martian arrives in New York

It's been about a week since M'gann crashed in Rocky Mountains of Colorado. In that time she's flown around trying to find where the signal came from concerning the green Martian known as the Martian Manhunter. This search has lead her on a wild goose chase all over the place. Finally she's found her way to NYC.

It is evening time and countless people are walking here and there. Most getting home from work for the weekend. M'gann happens to be there as well though few would notice her though as she has shifted her shape from green to white, looking much more like one of the locals. Standing in front of a hot dog vendor, she speaks up, "Where can I find a bio-ship around here? Mine crashed and went to pieces. You don't sell them do you?" The vendor looks at her like she's insane. She looks at him curiously, "Hello? I am pretty sure everyone here speak english... err... Hablamos espanol? Si?" The man still looks at her like she's drunk and then he goes back to serving up hotdogs.

Cir-El is on patrol, she does the patrols at least once a day, moving about the city on routes planned by computer and randomized as to time...when she does not have anything planned anyway. She uses her super hearing to listen for anything odd or anything that sounds like a threat. She overhears a strange word...bioship? She pauses and jumps over in the direction she heard it from to sheck things out.

Also on patrol, and very alert, Captain America. Albeit at ground level. The bike turns the corner and then Steve sees...a girl odd things of a hot dog vendor. He's assuming odd things, because of the look on the vendor's face.

The hotdog vendor looks at the girl, "YOU ARE SCARING AWAY MY CUSTOMERS!! GET OUT OF HERE!!! DON'T COME BACK YOU ANNOYING CHILD!" The man shouts in a thick Italian accent. He even goes as far as to throw a hotdog or two at her.

"EEP!" M'gann quickly backs away and as the inbound hotdogs come her way, she phases out of instinct. The hotdogs fly right through her. As soon as the menacing hot dog threat is over, she re-solidifies. "You're totally rude Mister!" She snaps back.

The man officially begins to panic as soon as he sees his precious hot dogs fly right though the girl in question... "You... You're a Mutie! Get out of here before I call the cops! Go! LEAVE!" He starts running at her with a pair of scissors.

Cir-El drops down from the sky at the end of her long leap, she says to the vender, "Be at peace citizen, I will handle things." Hopefully the Superman family symbol will help, whether or not the man recognizes Superlass in specific.

She turns to the stranger, "Greetings. I am afraid I do not know Interlac, but I may be able to help you. My name is Cir-El and they call me Superlass."

If that doesn't, then the arrival of Captain America should at least defuse the situation somewhat. He turns the bike to a halt not far from the vendor. "I think perhaps we should go somewhere else." Scaring away his customers? That's not entirely unlikely, and he did see the girl phase out. HE isn't assuming she's a mutie (nor does he really care), though.

M'gann M'orzz looks at the symbol on Cir-El's chest curiously, not really knowing of the heroes yet. Then she looks at Captain America with a smile, "Do Either of you know where to get a bio-ship... mine crashed and I could really use one to find my uncle." She comments to them. She watches the Hot Dog vendor back off and go back to work. "I think you might be right Mister. Somewhere quiet would be better." She smiles to Cir-El. "It's cool, I speak English!" She beams.

Cir-El says, "This is Captain America, a very well respected man in these parts. Please allow him to take you on his vehicle. I will follow." Cir-El is not entirely sure what kind of alien the woman is, or if she might be from another time or dimension, but it is fairly likely if she crashed a "bio-ship" that she is not from around here.

Captain America shakes his head. "Unfortunately...this world is perhaps less technologically advanced than you're used to. Who is your uncle? I might know of him." If his guess is right, he'd be surprised if he didn't know who it was, at the very least.

Out and about in the city, Heather asked the folks on monitor duty to inform her of things like.. teammates involved in stuff, be it social, public relations, or whatnot. She likes to be in the loop after all. So when she got a text while heading home to her penthouse loft... she had her car's text to speech thing read it for her aloud because.. she doesn't text while driving. That's bad! Of course... the text had zero to do with M'Gann or Cir-El's meeting. It was just team related stuff. However, that's when hot dogs hit her windshield and she blinks... pulling over to the side of the road in her Heathermobile (aka powder blue Prius). With a glance to her side, she notices that shield... that CAPTAIN AMERICA shield. Mental calculus done... she opens her car door and steps out. She has on a white tank top with a Titans logo on it, and a pair of simple blue shorts as she does so... and then starts heading towards the shield. Yes, that's what she is arrowing in on.

Speaking of advanced technology, Sola emerges from a nearby store, looking frustrated. "Why am I not surprised that what I'm looking for doesn't even exist yet." She takes to walking, and soon sees Cir-El... and a bunch of people she doesn't know. Including an anomalous reading. "Cir!" she calls out towards her adopted stepsister of sorts. "What's happening here?" At least things are civil, so she's not regretting leaving the new armor with Reed for some tweaking.

M'gann M'orzz looks at Captain America, "J'onn J'onzz! He is really famous and stuff." She makes sure to use his secret identity as not to cause much trouble. "Captain America? Cool! That is such an awesome name!" She beams and sounds very up beat." Where did you want to go?" She asks curiously. Her attention shifts to Sola, "Wow, I think I am not the only one not native to this town."

Cir-El says, "That is true. TKO, Captain, this is my Step-Sister Sola. I am not sure if any of you have met each other before. Sola, this is TKO, a member of the Titans. Captain, I am pretty sure they bot know of you."

"Huh?" asks Heather. Yeah, she's eloquent. She was focused on the star spangled shield, and didn't even notice that Cir-El was here at first. However, she's dragged into awareness by Cir saying her moniker. "What?" she adds as she looks about and finds the source of that voice. "Oh, OH! Yeah!" She straightens her shoulders and puts a smile on her face. "Titans. Yep." she adds. No, she wasn't oblivious. But her tummy rumbles and she looks past folks to the vendor, "I don't suppose you'd let -me- buy a few hot dogs?" she asks his way.

"I know he was working with the Justice League for a while, but I'm unsure where he is right now," Steve admits. He glances at Heather. "Do the Titans have any idea where he is?" The girl's a Martian. That explains a lot. They shapeshift, after all. And read minds.

Sola shakes her head at Cir-El. "Actually, I don't know of him," she says, in regard to Steve. She then peers at M'gann. "I can imagine. Expanded visual spectrum?" Her senses can detect that, as well as the not-quite human underlying physiology. She silently regards the rest.

What hell, might as well be late to the party than miss it all together.

Scott really isn't the fashionable late type, but he's got a dog in this fight... a hot dog. One of them splashed across his wind shield and nearly causes him to crash! His freakin' car, you heathens. Jesus Christ, you're wasting hot dogs.

What kind of... you people need Jesus.

He pulls the vehicle over to the side and jumps out of the driver seat, "My god damn car..." To himself, throwing his hands in the air and doing that walk around in circle business that white guys do when they're exasperated. "Does that vendor have insurance? You better have insurance."

The Hot dog vendor sees the damage HE caused and looks around. "OKAY CART IS CLOSED!!!" He quickly starts pushing the cart away, running down the road. His pants are hanging a bit low... he may have lost... control."

M'gann watches the accident and winces. "Yikes!" She then turns and looks at Sola curiously. Then with a quick slap to the head, "Hello M'gann! Yes I can see more then most people. This is why." Her whole body shifts to green with red hair and red eyes. "My name is M'gann. M'gann M'orzz. I just arrived here a week ago. I sorta crashed my bioship so I am trying to find a new one... And I'm trying to find my uncle." This time she definitely has all the organs and everything else of a Green Martian. At least for now.

Cir-El smiles, "Ah, M'gann we never met, but I do remember hearing of you..." She pauses, "Umm, I have artificial memories from an alternate future. In that future, you were a member of the team I recently joined in this world, the Titans." She looks over at Sola, "In this nation and Time, Captain America may well be the most popular and well known hero, with Superman being nearly his equal.

Glancing back towards Angry-Scott, Heather winces. Then she looks back towards the fleeing Hot Dog vendor. Damn, and she really needs some calories. She takes a breath and looks back to see M'Gann changing color and all. "You can see more, because you can change your shape?" she asks, a bit confused. I mean.. having the power to shapeshift doesn't necessarily make one able to see beyond the norm... does it? Her brain whirrs a bit as her tummy rumbles, and she looks to Cir with a shrug. "Not sure I understand any of.." and then Captain America is asking her a question... Captain.. freakin' America.. is asking -her- a question.. why yes, my phone number is.. oh.. he didn't ask for digits. She smirks a bit at her internal monologue and shrugs, "Where who is?" she asks, "Oh... John Johns?" She looks back to Cir-El and shifts her eyes towards Captain America. She has no idea what the answer is, but she wants her teammate to help her look good to the Captain. "Do you know who he's talking about?" she asks softly of her teammate.

Titans definitely don't know. "He's...to be honest, I suspect he's on one of his retreats. Is there any way we can help you?" The man doesn't seem at all phased or nonplussed by shapeshifting, seeing better, memories of an alternate future or any of the other weirdness being mentioned. He does glance to the arriving Scott and then the fleeing vendor. Oops.

Scott wipes hotdog off his windshield with the sleeve of his shirt managing only to smear it around and create a bigger mess. This is even worse than bird crap because that was a perfectly edible hot dog! Seriously, who throws hot dogs?

That's... That's unAmerican... How is Captain America not hitting someone with his shield yet?

Clearly there is communism at work here.

After a second he gives up and just shakes his head while watching the vendor rush off to greener, less hero filled, pastures where he can peddle his wares without fear that some angry Soviet wont hurl them dangerously into the street where they cannot be properly consumed.

Scott leans against his car in consideration of just getting back in and taking his chances that someone wont throw Taco Bell at him a few blocks down the street. Or a bowl of freakin' Lucky Charms.

That was his only dog in this fight.

Cir-El knows a lot of things that are "common Knowledge" in the time she was from...if that time had ever really be real and not just a construct by Brainiac. She know who the Martian Manhunter is, she softly explains, "J'onn J'onzz is possibly the post powerful and versatile member of the Justice League, which in turn is possibly the greatest hero team on the planet. He is known as the Martian Manhunter."

Sola looks lost in thought for a second. "Ah," she says a moment after Cir-El tells her who Cap is. She extends a hand toward Steve. "Nice to meet someone else who knows what kind of hell war can be." Then she sees Scott. "What the..." She isn't bothered by the shapeshifting either.

M'gann M'orzz looks at Heather and smiles. "I'm a Martian. You know? from Mars?" She idly walks over to the Scotts car and changes her hand to a sponge to clear it off. "Sorry. I umm... I was the target of the man throwing hot dogs." While she continues working on clearing his windshield she looks to Cap, "Umm... Well... I dunno where to go or anything until he shows up. It kinda stinks!" She still sounds bubbly. She nods to Cir-El, "I'd be Miss Martian!" She smiles softly. Immediately everyone who is not mechanical in nature would hear, ~I can do almost everything he can!~

"Oh, OH! Martian Manhunter!" says Heather. See, she didn't have a clue what his other name was. "That would explain the... and the... and all that... and green!" she adds. Her brain moving faster than her mouth. She just shakes her head and sighs... knowing now that she looked like a total idiot in front of Cap. And then she looks back to Scott, "Relax, it hit my car too." she adds, trying to defuse the situation there too.

And then.. a voice in her head. Heather just blinks and whips her head about before looking back to M'gann. "Was that you?" she asks, eyes narrowing a touch. Not -everyone- is comfortable with voices in their heads it seems.

Captain America doesn't seem too bothered by voices in his head. "Well...for right now, I suspect we can help you." Maybe the Titans are better equipped, of course, to take in a young hero. He glances at heather, then back at M'gann. "Many humans are uncomfortable with telepathy. It's not a common ability here."

Telepathy.

There's something Scott knows enough about. Not that he is, himself, a telepath, but some of his closet friends are. That familiar tickling behind his right ear has him swatting and glancing around at the various individuals. Of course he recognizes Captain America and, like anyone who has any good sense, is a fan of the All American hero, but he's not running over going fanboy in front of all the women.

Screw that noise.

Then there's the woman turning her hand into a sponge... Martians, doing what he can do, J'onn J'onzz, telepathy. Fill that away in the vault Scott. "Thanks." He says to the green woman, whom he does not seem the least bit concerned about for the record.

'Relax'? Scott looks over to Heather, "I'm perfectly relaxed, thanks." He is, now that someone is helping him clean his windshield. Priorities.

Probably helps that he's got a better understanding of what's going on too.

Sola looks at Cir-El, confused. "Wait. Did that girl say she's a Martian?" So Mars actually held life in this universe. She shakes her head. Of course she didn't hear the telepathic message, her mind's too dissimilar, being mechanical in nature. "I'm wondering if a public street is the right place to be doing all this..." she says in M'Gann's direction. "Some of the humans can be a little weirded out by some of the things we can do."

M'gann M'orzz nods quickly, "Sorry. I was just showing that I can do the same things. Ugh!" She frowns and finishes scrubbing Scott's windshield. Thankfully it don't look terrible. It could be easily wiped off with the wipers now. It don't take much to realize that she just messed up. She shrugs, "But... New Yorkers have seen everything right?" She asks curiously. "besides, Where else should I be?" She smiles to Scott. "There all better right?"

Cir-El says, "I am afraid that Bio-ships are few and far between in these parts, but I do know someone who has a space ship. Not organic technology, but far better than local tech. She happens to be one of the three senior advisers of the Titans." She says to Sola, "Yes, she is a Martian, it was plain from the first that she was not human." She decides not to mention the white Martian invasion of 2020, it probably will not happen here...

At M'gann's comment about New Yorkers, Heather laughs and nods as she folds her arms over her abdomen, "She's got a point there. New Yorkers -have- seen everything, and... to clarify your earlier observation.." she reaches back and plucks a red ball cap out of her back pocket and plops it on her head. Yeah, it's worn, almost falling apart, but she loves it. "I'm from the midwest, not New York."

"That doesn't mean they all like it," Sola says with a sigh to M'Gann as she feels a vibration from her pocket. She pulls out a smartphone with a Fantastic Four logo on it - a loaner. "Zavia," she says into it, apparently having decided to use her 'mother's' last name. "Talk to me." To Cir-El, she cups the mouthpiece of the phone gently. "Work. I need to take this." Then briefly to Steve, "I'd like to meet up with you later, when it's less chaotic, Captain." She takes a few steps away. "Okay, calm down, Sue. What did you find?"

"Wasn't mad at you." Scott lies, give or take fairly badly, to M'gann. He was so caught up in all the hoopla revolving around a thrown hot dog that he completely missed the fact that she is, in fact, a green alien. Something that he is slightly interested in, since it appears as if the vendor throw something at her in response.

That has him a little heated, but the man is long gone now.

Possibly not long gone enough that Scott couldn't catch him if he gave chase... he turns in that direction and touches his glasses. If he had his visor he could use them to see further... as is. "It looks fine." Said to the woman, smiling in his own tight lipped way.

Captain America nods to Sola. "Of course." He wonders what Sola Zavia wants, but he'll find out later. If it was urgent, she wouldn't be willing to wait on it. Then he turns back to the scene. "New Yorkers have definitely seen everything, but many humans are at least mildly xenophobic."

M'gann M'orzz nods slowly, "Okay then... Where can we go? I can umm... Well I can fly there. What do you all recommend?" She asks curiously as her form changes back to that of a normal looking white girl. "Is this better." She looks at Scott, "Really sorry. I can tell you aren't happy." She states, not even needing to read his mind.

Sola walks back towards the group. "Can you open a port to my server?" Brief pause. "Okay, I've got an encrypted SSH tunnel going. I'll run a backtrace for you. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll get to the bottom of it." Another pause. "It's no bother. I've got CPU cycles to spare. I'll let you know what I find. Later." She walks back towards Steve. "Sorry. I kind of actually wanted to ask your advice. I've fought most of my life and I'm trying to adjust to civilian life. I figured maybe you would have some pointers."

Captain America nods. "Definitely. We can sit down and talk about it at some point." He can help with that. Returning veterans. There's somebody else who can too, but he's not sure how busy Sam is right now.

"Well, I don't fly. I drive. I really feel a bit out of my depth here and now too." remarks Heather as she shrugs her shoulders, "Alien ambassador, welcoming committee... I mean I am honorary troop mom for Girl Scouts, but that's about the best I get when it comes to being a role model."

Well, everyone looks like they're dispersing and, to be quite honest, Scott doesn't see himself being involved in these discussions. She might be a mutant, but he seriously doubts it... so instead of inviting himself he offers everyone a nod and slides back behind the wheel of his car.

"I am not from this world either, it is possible you could stay where I did shortly after I arrived, at the Hall of Justice. Someone who is sort of my brother is on the team who works from there," Cir-El says. Hopefully Superboy can arrange a place for Miss Martian for a few days...

M'gann M'orzz frowns slowly, "So umm... Where should I go? I guess I could fly back to Colorado and try to repair my bio-ship. I thought I could just get a new one here but... I guess I can't. It will take some work to fix but I think i can do it." She comments as she gives a wave to Scott. "So long Guy with the cool eyes!"

Sola hmms softly. "Maybe that team Banner works with sometimes might know of a place for you," she says to M'Gann. "I've been meaning to pay them a visit, myself."

"That would be my team. We might be able to find a place for you to stay for a few days, at least." A pause. "Or Young Justice could." There's plenty of options out there. He studies the young Martian. No question that she's connected to J'onn. The question is...where is he?

M'gann M'orzz looks at the others and nods, "Okay then, umm. I guess I can stay wherever. Or I can just go flying. It's up to you all. It's your planet after all." Idly she begins to question if she should have left Mars in the first place.

Cir-El tooks over at Cap, "It is up to you, but I think M'gann might be more comfortable around those her own age. Young Justice is that..."

Sola ponders. "If you can vouch for them, then that might be the better idea," she says to Cir-El.

"No. It's up to her." He turns to M'gann. "Relax. You *are* welcome here. You aren't the first alien to come to Earth and you will not be the last."

M'gann M'orzz hmms "I guess Staying with the Young Justice people would be the best idea. At least I wouldn't be treated like a kid if we are all the same age." She smiles. Technically she is almost 50 but... by martian age scale she's only 18.

Cir-El says, "You can follow me. I will stay below the speed of sound to avoid causing environmental damage."

"Sounds good then," Sola says to Cir-El. "Let me know how it works out. I need to get back to the Baxter Building. My backtrace found something." Then to Steve, "I'll meet you later on, then." A moment later, after waiting for replies, she starts to run - about 30 yards away, her speed picks up to 150mph and she is off.

M'gann M'orzz nods slowly, "Err wouldn't it be better to at least meet someone who I will be staying with? I mean it would be a little weird to just drop in on people and say, I was told I could crash here. It would be a little weird wouldn't it?"

Cir-El has to agree, "It is probably a good idea to call first. TKO, can I borrow your phone? I have the number, but left mine elsewhere."

Realizing that TKO has left at some point in the conversation, a bit belatedly, she turns to Cap, "Would you happen to have a Cell Phone on you? I could actually try calling for Kon and possibly have him hear me, as both of us have excellent hearing, but phoning is more certain."

Captain America moves over to his bike, opens a bag and tugs out a cell phone. "Here." He offers it to Cir-El. It's in a ruggedized case with a shield emblem - perhaps not surprising.

Cir-El memorized the number at the hall of Justice while she was there. She dials it and hopes someone is there to answer.

It's about four rings before someone picks up the phone. "Yo. You got the hotline. If there's trouble, the Young Justice League's ready to stop it. What's goin' on?" Superboy's voice comes over the line.

"Kon, this is Cir-El. I have a minor problem here. We have a visitor from Mars who needs a place to stay for a while. She is looking for her uncle, the Manhunter," she explains concisely.

There's a slight sigh before Superboy replies. "A visitor from Mars related to the Martian Manhunter?" he pauses a moment. "Okay, she's seriously related to him?"

Cir-El replies, "There is little doubt she is from Mars, we will have to take her word about related though. It is not like I understand alien genetics well enough to tell."

Superboy takes a breath and hums. "Alright. Where are ya? I can come by and send a message up to the League to see when MM's gonna be able to get down here."

Cir-El gives the intersection to Kon and then thanks him, closes the phone, and hands it back to Cap. She says, "He should be here shortly."

M'gann M'orzz smiles a little, "So I guess I get to meet this Superboy? Do I look alright to meet another hero today? I mean yeah I do right?" She blushes a little.

"Superboy is a good person. He is young...but he has a lot of potential," Captain America muses. He glances at Cir-El.

With super speed and flight it doesn't take long for Superboy to arrive on scene. He arches a brow on his way to the ground when he spots Captain America. "Hey," he greets as he comes in for a landing. He looks to the others before his gaze settles on M'gann. "I'm guessin' you're the girl that needs a place to stay."

Cir-El says, "Kon, this is M'gann. Her ship crashed out west. She is very powerful, but you might want to look up in the files and explain her weakness to her...she probably never encountered it back home. M'gann, this is Kon, he is effectively my big brother. He is more powerful than I am, but pretty nice."

M'gann M'orzz is not exactly paying attention. As she is addressed, she speaks without looking. "Yes that's me. I'm guessing You're, "She turns to look at him, "Yooooou'reee kinda cute!" She blushes bright read and just lets her eyes meet him for a moment. She facepalms, "Hello M'gann, Yes I'm J'onn J'onzz's neice! I was hoping to meet him."

And M'gann gets a crush on the spot? Steve arches a single eyebrow himself. "Hello, Superboy," is all he actually says. "M'gann here could use a place to stay and I thought she might be more comfortable with people her own age than at Avengers Tower."

Superboy sighs and glances at Cir-El. "Okay, seriously? We're out in public, can ya stick to codenames and not go blabbin' real names about?" he asks. He ends up smirking at M'gann's reaction though. "I get that a lot," he says. "Superboy," he greets, offering a hand. Cap gets a nod from the teen of steel. "Yeah, makes sense. And considerin' that she's askin' for someone from the Justice League, hangin' with us might help," he offers. Turning back to M'gann, he smiles. "Okay, got good news and bad news. Bad news is that J'onn's off on a mission or somethin'. Watchtower said they'll let him know when he gets back that he's got a call. But the good news is I got a place you can stay for a bit."

Cir-El does not think it is a problem, as she used his Kryptonian name, not his Earth name, but then again, she does not know if he has an Earth name in this world. Her memories can be like that, "Very well, Superboy. I would have asked her to the Titans Tower, but it is still under repair."

M'gann M'orzz blushes a little more, "Okay! Thats good. Thats my Uncle J'onn. He's always off doing things. He probably forgot he even has a neice!" She smiles, "So umm when do we leave and where are we going? Is it somewhere that I can at least not look like this?" She asks curiously.

"I thought he hadn't been seen in a while," Cap notes. "I'll keep my eyes and ears open for him and when he gets back..." The Sentinel of Liberty tails off.

Superboy nods to Cap again. "Yeah, he's been busy since he helped out with my calendar," he says with a shrug. "He'll be back eventually," he adds. He frowns a little at the mention of Titans Tower. "Hall of Justice is better all around," he adds. "We can go whenever ya want. I'll lead the way," he offers. "It'll be safe to go green there," he says, assuming M'gann is green like J'onn.

Cir-El wonders at the Martian blushing. Her natural form is much less humanoid than the one she wears on Earth, and any male of her folk can be as handsome as they like. Her reaction seem a bit off kilter to Cir-El...but then again she has never been swept off her feet either. She says aloud, "I will accompany you to the Hall, and then resume my patrol route."

M'gann M'orzz smiles softly, "Okay, I guess lets go." She blushes once again. "The Hall of Justice? Is that like a police station or something. It sounds sorta campy?" She eeps, "Err I didn't mean to say that out loud!"

"I'll see you kids around." He hops onto his bike and fires it up. "Take care." He's got a patrol to finish.

"Seeya, Cap," Superboy offers as the Sentinel of Liberty speeds off. He glances at the girls and lifts back off into the air, gesturing for them to follow. It's not a long flight but he keeps slow to make sure M'gann can keep up. When they arrive at the hall, Superboy lands out front and waits for the others to join him before tapping his comm. "Superboy here. Anyone at the hall? Do me a favor and bring out one of the keycards to an unoccupied guest room. Got another person who's gonna be spendin' some time with us," he says. When M'ganna and Cir arrive, Kon smirks again. "Not a police station and we didn't name the place. J'onn and the rest of the JLA did."

"I'm here!" sounds a cheerful, young sounding voice. Valeria emerges from the building about as M'gann and Cir show up, dressed in civilian clothing...she doesn't have a costume designed up yet and, besides, right now she's mostly doing support. "Hi."

Cir-El smiles and waves, "Hi Val, I have been wondering where you have been spending your time. Hanging around my big brother I see." She gives Val a wink to show she is joking.

M'gann M'orzz waves good bye and flies off following Conner. She is fast enough to keep up and she definitely wants to follow for some reason. As she lands she smiles. "Hello! I'm M'gann! Nice to meet you!" She smiles. "I guess you could call me Miss Martian." She smiles and stands watching the interaction between them. "Val's a member of the Young Justice League," Superboy remarks. He glances at the support member as she arrives and offers a nod of greeting. "Hey. This is-" Kon starts to introduce Megan but she handles that himself. Shrugging, he smiles again. "She's gonna be stayin' with us for a bit. At least until Martian Manhunter gets back from wherever he went."

"Yeah. I don't fight yet...I have to learn some stuff first, but I make gadgets. You're a Martian?" Val steps closer to M'gann and then offers her hand.

Cir-El remarks, "If she is not a Martian, she is at least a good an imitation as I am of a Kryptonian." Well, better actually, as she has demonstrated several to the major Martain powers. Possibly more like Kon...but more likely she actually is a Martian.

M'gann M'orzz smiles and shakes Val's hand. As she does, She changes shape into a copy of her. "Yup I'm as Martian as you can get!" She then turns to her green color. Her red hair is straight and shoulder length. her eyes are red in color. She is even wearing a red X on her newly worn suit. She has a blue cloke and skirt as well. "M'gann M'orzz. I guess given the small number of Martians on this planet...let alone in existance, you can call me Miss Martian."

"Ya can sign up for more trainin' sessions now that Red Robin's back. And once our training room is back in order, you can use that too," Superboy offers to Cal. He watches the transformation and hums. "Yeah, definitely Martian," he says. "Did ya bring that guest room keycard, Val?"

Valeria Von Doom tugs it out of a pocket with her other hand and offers it to the shapeshifter. "That's neat, but please don't do anything embarrassing while you're me." She grins at Superboy. "I'm going to talk to mo...the Invisible Woman...about training with her."

Cir-El says, "Now that we have you situated, I need to get back to my partol of the city. See you all later."

M'gann M'orzz smiles, "don't worry! I'm not going to copy how you look in the future unless a situation calls for it." She smiles softly, "I guess I get to stay here then!" She accepts the keycard. "I can't wait to see my room! Can I put my own stuff in it? Oh!!!" She pauses and facepalms, "I almost forgot, Tomorrow I need to go to Colorado. I need to get something important there that sorta crashed. If I can fix it, I'll have my ship!"

"That's good. We've got enough mischief goin' on," Superboy replies, giving Val a knowing look. She was there last night after all. "The number on the card is the room that's yours. Just keep it on you and the door will unlock and security won't come after ya," he explains. "Seeya, Superlass," he offers to Cir. "It's not much to look at right now," he chuckles. "Your ship crashed in California?" he asks. "And yeah, trainin' with her is good but ya should train with the team too," he adds for Val.
