Leatherwing, Brunhilde
Where: London, England.
When: Sept 9 2015
Tone: Heroic
What: After getting released by a friend, Leatherwing looks to continue his plan.

People were scattering from the Churchill museum. There were enough people that knew German to spread the word in English, and even French. At least one individual had declared that he, and others like him, was making strides toward what they perceived as paradise. That paradise involved blowing up a museum dedicated to one of Britiain's most reknown leaders.

The Windston Churchill Warroom Museum did its best at recreating life of Churchill during the second world war. The place had a myriad of different rooms. There were rooms dedicated to life back then, but all of them had some degree of modern glass casing. These were replicas of how his old war rooms looked when he was leading the British army, citizens, and dealt with the potential of becoming bombed on. One such room was a war room that had a desk acting as a "head" of the room position as it stood slightly in front of four small table desks moved together into a square shape with two desks per said. The "Head" Desk had a least one phone on it. There were papers all over the place in neat piles. Someone was working behind the desk, clearly not based after Churchill, they were in conversation with another wax figure at the square formation. A third figure looked to be mapping positions as intelligence from the various lines of communication came in.

Like many things in the museum this room replica was behind glass. Everything from recruitment posters, clocks, sandbags, if it was from that time it was preserved and brought here. Tons of past items were here. Clearly, Britain did not want to forget this dark time.

Oddly enough the cases almost clashed with everything as many of these cases were a few a few inches wide, a good three to five feet long, and eight feet tall. They looked modern they almost clashed with the various goods they protected.

Several of these cases lingered inside the building that had wood paneled floors as far as the eyes could see. In the central mass of the museum were several black metal support beams that ran up to the ceiling. These metal buildings seemed to sprawl out like a spider's web barely avoiding the actual white brick walls of the exterior.

This place was big given that it had a few different display rooms showing off even more, including fashion on some dummies, all of which was behind plate glass. While the structure was secure from activity outside, something coming within could have been devastating. The museum was in a very suburban area of London. Two giant white buildings that held people were at risk. Just the announcement from the guest caused panic from those nearby causing an outpour of people out on the street. Emergency officials were going to have trouble getting there because of the panic. People were running on the streets, sidewalks, causing cars to stop in traffic, these people were confused at what the hubbub was about. Then when some caught wind they began to speed off creating more danger thanks to automobile accidents.

News Reports were just hitting the air waves about another museum rigged to explode. People wondered if there was a connection to the LBJ museum bombing of New York, and the failed attempt at the General Patton museum of Florida. There were people believing and disbelieving in a connection based entirely off speculation after this afternoon attack in London.

For those with contacts of the Governments the man known as "Leatherwing" had escaped a Cadmus holding cell deep underground. Whoever pulled him had the powers of a Goddess, and fought like a devil according to reports.

Clearly, there was a danger but a large crowd of twenty lingered by the place. Auto accidents were happening nearby. People were scared. Then there was an entirely empty museum that had bombs rigged up inside. Whoever responded to this was going to need a plan.

Hyperion is flying over London. Things have been quiet since that weird encounter awhile back. Weird was definitely the word, too. So when he hears someone speaking over a loudspeaker in a German, a language he's heard, but does not speak, he wonders what's going on. But then he hears the message translated into French and English, languages he DOES know. He immediately begins using his enhanced vision to see through the building, looking for the culprits, intent on finding either them, or the bomb(s), There's never a dull day in the life of a suyperhero. And part of him is almost glad of that, as he flies in to try to help.

Truth is, Captain America was in London for completely different reasons. After recent events in Ireland, he's got a lead on a HYDRA higher up. Until the London Met's police band explodes with news of the Churchill Museum being threatened. And the next thing, of course, is a request to check it out. Lacking his normal means of transportation, the Sentinel of Liberty has...hitched a ride. He emerges from a black and white about half a block away from the museum, nodding thanks to the officer within and then breaks into an easy jog towards it. People lingering in the area. And...a flying type. He lifts a hand to signal to Hyperion.

Volthoom states, "My previous bearers have asked me to warn them of actions by previously encountered enemies. I sense the one called Leatherwing is causing great fear in a far location."

Jessica says, "Last time he did that, he was blowing something up. I may regret this, but take me there fast." She was right, she regretted it as the ring flew her up to the edge of the atmosphere and, without friction to slow them, flew around the globe in moments. She hates flyingin outer space, she is mildly agoraphobic and that much empieness frightens the wits out of her. Oc course, that is why it works...

Conflict in and of itself was never anything that Asgardians loathe. But blowing up things and hurting innocents with no damned good reason... yeah, that causes trouble. And then there are those alternate earth versions of metahumans. Chaos is not something that anyone truly loves. So Aegir, god of the north seas sent word to his daughter. And she sighed... grumbled, but still went to look into things. So, London is graced with the appearance of a woman just kind of oozing up out of the Thames. The water forms into a human form, Himinglaeva... dressed in what she was wearing when she was summoned. A white teeshirt sporting the I <3 NY logo, and tight jeans. It is a good thing she still has her sealife scale looking bikini underneath because, that shirt is transparent as hell. She steps off of the surface of the river and onto the streets of London, asking a local passerby, "Vhere vould I find the Churchil Veneration Building?" And then she simply vanishes back into the water once she gets directions... emerging as close to the building as she can get via the river.. and walking the last bit of distance.

Doctor Harleen Quinzel was visiting London, England, never you mind how a 'reformed' terrorist got a flight and a passport to England. Maybe she stole a Wayne Enterprises private jet, landed at a secret location. Maybe she didn't. At any rate, she was doing one of the things from an old bucket list and taking the Jack the Ripper White Chapel tour. That's all a total and unrelated coincidence that Batgirl arrives at the museum. Leaping off the top of a red double decker bus, and discarding a London Travel Sites Museum. "Cool, ... And weird Captain Britain looks exactly like Captain America."

Unfortunately using enhanced sights in this situation created some problems. The museum had a ton of wires. Between the P.A. system, the lighting system it was hard to see where there were chords were. Also, the museum had a lot of things inside of it. This included the occasional bomb. From this vantage point, time was going to need to be spent looking for the differences between a museum piece, museum maintenance and a credible threat. There were a few suspicious spots, but glancing over them in a hurried fashion was going to be a bit harder this time around.

Inside were two individuals. One was standing inside the museum in between two of the many displays. The other was toward the back.

People on the outside were panicked, and noticed Captain America. Well, they noticed his shield was a better way to put. One person looked at Cap and asked, "What are you going to do about the bomb?"

There was nothing blocking anyone from getting inside, just a lot of people that needed to be evacuated. Cap's ride eventually pulled up and started to move some of the people away. Unfortunately, they were the first responders so getting two people to herd away a crowd of worried onlookers was a bit difficult.

Jessica arrived to see Captain America signaling Hyperiion, who was in the skies looking intently. Her ring was right to pick up on Leatherwing's location. However, she was going to need to focus more to pinpoint a bit.

Despite the panic some people noticed the wet tourist and began ordering her away. People didn't think she was any type of hero. Himli was going to need to learn these things, but her beauty did garner many stares. It was the NY shirt being in London.

Batgirl elicited her own looks. Someone even called out, "When did we get a Batgirl?" There was a young man that even approached her with a small pad of papder and a pen. Yes, he was asking for an autograph.

16:42.

Hyperion curses under his breath. He's been trained by the military, but there's no way to figure out which are which without seriously extensive search time. The sound of a car coming towards the place catches his attention, and soon enough, he's coming in for a landing next to the Captain, to whom he throws a hasty salute. Force of habit really.

"We got problems, Captain. There's at least one bomb that's been set up here. I've found what I think are the culprits. I've also found several items that look like they could be bombs, but I have no idea which are legit threats and which could just be museum pieces. I can try to intercept them, but we need someone who can find and disarm the bombs. Or at least get them the hell out of the museum without causing too much damage." he says. "What would you suggest?" he asks, deciding that given Cap's history and age, that technically makes him the superior officer on site. Plus....it's CAPTAIN AMERICA. The guy knows this kind of situation a lot better than he does, most likely.

"There's a Green Lantern on site." A logical error, but a second wave is given towards Power Ring. Yeah. He thinks she's the more common kind of ringwielder. "Her energy sensing abilities should be able to identify the correct bombs." He turns to the cops. "Get backup here, work crowd control." Tones that are clearly used to being obeyed. Then he makes note of Batgirl. If she's the real thing. "Batgirl. Over here." If she's really a Bat, she may know demolitions better than he does. Rag tag team...but these things happen, and as much as he'd rather have the Avengers and not have to try and remember capabilities from files, or ask, he has what he has. Jessica gets Volthoom to do a scan of the building, she is not concentrating on Leatherwing, though she does wonder how he got out so quickly and who is with him. No, the real question is where the active bombs are? Well actually, she has been working on an idea for that sincethe last time. She says to the others, "I think I can handle the bombs. I should be able to locate all explosives in the building and turn the explosives into harmless chemicals. It will not stop the timers or anything, but they will not actually blow up." She does not add the thoight aloud, IF she does it right.

Giving a 'look' to the people trying to order her about, Himinglaeva simply started walking up and over them, as if the air were merely stairs to be climbed. Her clothes began looking wet once more as she transformed into more of a fully watery body (not visibly though) her body that is.. her clothes still show as wet. "Kindly refrain from impeding me." she remarks as she simply flows... yeah, she moves not like a straight line once she is up above the heads of people.. but kinda drifts almost like she were on the surface of the water with waves, ripples, etc. So she approaches the main door of the museum and comes down to stand on the ground. "Someone tell me vhat ist the problem here." she commands... not the most.. up to speed superheroes. But she's triyng to help, right?!

Batgirl is in a hurry, and she pushes her way forward. This is serious business, and she picks a window, draws her Bat-grapple-gun.. Oh! She turns to the guy with the pad, yanks the pen and scrawls "To my favorite English fan, Love Batgirl." Then kisses the page in a pucker to leave a crimson lip imprint. Then the flying dude gets her attention. A wave to the lad and she rushes over to the guy, close as she can. She lifts her chin to look up at Hyperion, "Check the Coventry Section, it'll be near or in da replica of the Enigma machine, I betcha." Batgirl comments in a Brooklyn accent. "Bad man + boom - booms, Wet T-Shirt girl." She calls to Himinglaeva. Picks a new window and finally deploys the Bat-grapple-gun. A cigar is drawn from her utility belt and gripped between the crimson lips to the left side.

Hyperion was quick to Captain America's side. Then the Captain was quick to give out the orders. Nothing looked out of place on the outside. It wasn't until Jessica began searching the complex with her ring did things begin to look out of the ordinary. Because her scan pulled up one bomb, then two, and the cycle continued until she had five bombs that were active. The ring was still searching. Her ring would have quickly told the woman that the bombs it was able to count had enough oomph to take down the museum and create problems for the two surrounding buildings at minimum.

Himinglaeva continued to get looks as she walked over people. She approached the stairs waiting for replies, and people were looking at her for new reasons.

The person that got the autograph, a big smile was on their face. Then they replied softly, "Vielen dank fur den kuss," and with a flick of their hand they tried swatting away Harleen with the wave of a hand. Despite looking to be 120 pounds while wet, this white skinned, blonde haired teen, their first felt like wreckingballs in full swing. Then the teen started to change shape. Muscles expanded, the hair started to go away revealing a bald head. Their brows became more refined. Grey military pants were on their legs that fed into black military boots. The sight would have taken Cap back in time. Their skin was a faded Caucasian. Red straps criss-corssed around the mans chess that went into silver circles on the outside. On them were the infamous nazi schwatzichka. For those familiar with Justice League, there was a resemblance to Martian Manhunter. Clearly, someone left a lookout. "You're not going to win today," they replied to the heroes in English with a heavy German accent. Now, there were two threats on the inside, one on the inside, and the bombs.

14:14.

Nodding, Hyperion is in motion, heading inside to try to take down the people inside the building responsible for the chaos, his atomic vision being used once more to locate them, and he follows his sight, keeping above the panicking crowd, which the cops seem to be working to help get out calmly. He hears more German from outside, and then the comment made to Batgirl. But he's more concerned with taking down the two inside the place while hoping Power Ring can deal with the bombs, as Cap suggested. He nods to her. "Do it." And then...a shapeshifter appears in the crowd. His grip shifts on the shield. "You would be surprised there," he says, simply. Nazis. Actual Nazis. Of COURSE they're going after the Churchill museum - Hitler had every reason to hate the guy. One step to the side to get a clear shot and the shield goes flying towards the shapeshifter. He trusts Batgirl to be paying attention.

Eyes turning towards the german speaker, Himinglaeva snorts. "This ist not the language of the land." she remarks, her own accent think.. Germanic to a degree. Okay.. Scandanavian.. what? She simply shakes her head and walks inside. "Explosives." She looks back towards the crowds and narrows her eyes, "There are people far too close for explosives. I have no skill at locating explosives, but I could encase them in water... to prevent outward damage?" she offers towards.. well Cap. Even she knows of Captain America. Songs are sung of the ally of Thor in her home. She lifts a hand and water oozes out of that hand, into the air.. coalescing about above the hand.. about the size of a basketball.. as if to demonstrate her ability to control it. "Or I could make a wave which will act as a shield for the crowd. Which shall I do?"

Jessica knows, the bombs are the bigger threat to her...bombs do not feal fear. The Martian...well he probably DOES feel fear, so she can handle him by making him face his greatest fear. No, the bombs need to go first. Therefore, even though the Martian is the more IMMEDIATE threat, the bombs are what she concentrates on. Check the chemical structures and search for the nearest stable chemical form, slide unstable into stable, channel the excess energy released into the ring and hold it...search for more bombs after the first five are neutralized...

Harleen looks behind her, thanks to the panic at the imposter fan! Oh, that was low, even for a villain. Harley never did that, and now, of course she never could, it would be stealing. She makes a quick visual scan of the man, nah, creature outside the museum. And, naturally she takes it quite personally. Her hand reaches to her utility belt and draws a Bat-symbol marked Zippo. Batgirl lights the cigar, then reaches to her belt again to draw off some alcohol from her med-pac, this Batgirl happens to be a M.D. She flings it at the white dude and then pitches the cigar at the Martian Nazi. Turning her head to await the flash-bang cigar's explosion. Hopefully he will be to worried about Capt'n's Target painted shield to worry over an exploding cigar.

Inside the museum the place was empty. There were a lot of cases all over the place. Movement could be seen throught he glass. Each move was slow, deliberate. It was a woman. She had her hair done up in two braids, each hung down on one of side of her head. Wearing a combination of silver and red, she could have been easily confused for Wonder Woman because of the silver eagle emblem on her chest. She eyed Hyperion before saying, "Bereit?" Brunhilde asked. After an awkward pause she suddenly flew at Hyperion going through displays without a care, Glass turned into shards that went out everywhere. She was taking straight shots at Hyperion in rapid succession. Her blows weren't as fast as Hyperion, but strength they were even. She might have been better thanks to years of training as a warrior.

Cap's shield went straight at Die Mars. He didn't expect a simple shield to hit so hard. The shield connected with a "Clang!" and sent the alien down. A laugh rumbled from the alien before he said, "Impressive." A second later the alien's eyes glowed red and energy lanced out toward Power Ring. Whatever she was doing involved concentration. If she was anything like Laterne, she needed concentration to do tricks. Since there was no visible constructs that meant there were hidden ones. More energy lanced at the hero was he was hoping to stop the woman.

Himingleava was on the outside able to witness the chaos on the outside, and what sounded like a war coming from the inside. Something horrible was happening just past those doors that Hyperion had disappeared into. There were dangers on each side, plus the crowds.

However, an exploding cigar may have been the difference for the Asgardian's query. As the cigar exploded suddenly Die Mars screamed slipping away just a few feet, the visage of a human had changed slightly. They had teeth that were sharpened to points. His head had taken a point toward the center. Other points were there, but this change didn't last very long. Quickly their features changed back to human. Something didn't like fire, and Batgirl's Groucho Marx was to blame for it. At least Power Ring didn't need to wear about energy beams because right now Die Mars kept their focus entirely on Batgirl and Cap.

His eyes glowed red again, and energy went out toward the redheaded female. He was not a happy lookout.

13:49

Flying glass! Wow. What a threat. To someone who -isn't- invulnerable maybe. Luckily, there are no civilians in the area to get hurt, so when the blonde dressed up like a strange mix of an opera singer and Wonder Woman comes his way, Hyperion has little to worry about in terms of casualties. "No idea what you just said, lady. But looker or not, I got this real thing about endangering innocent lives!" And he begins to counter her blows, using his own military training in combat, adding in the occasional burst of Flash Vision, the blue-silver bolts of heat and force (Basically an analogue to Superman's heat vision) b eing used to keep the superpowered villainess off balance so that he can, hopefully, knock her the hell out. He does wonder what this is all about though. Why attack a museum dedicated to one of the great leaders of World War II? What's with the constant speaking in German? Making a mental note to learn the language later on at some point, he puts it out of his head and gets back into the fight.

"Hope you have a good medical plan. You're gonna NEED it!"

Cap's hand shoots out to catch the shield on the rebound, flipping it to block any stray eye beams that might be coming his way as he moves towards the Martian. Fire. They don't like fire...and Batgirl's apparently got that taken care of, but he's going to try and get its attention away from her. "I practice a lot," he informs the Martian, almost cheerfully, as he waits for his moment before throwing the shield again. Hand to hand with a Martian? He's going to get squished, but if he can keep him busy... The red beams from the eyes of the Martian hit the Emerald Energy shield erected by Volthoom. They increase her fear...if they hold focus long they might kill her...but Power Ring is strong willed and also stubborn, she will finish her misson if it kills her.

The distraction by Cap and Batgirl is both a good AND a bad thing. It is good as Jessica is no longer in immediate danger, it is bad because she has less to fear. Jessica focuses her will morefirmly and reminds herslf thast the bombs will kill her if she does not stop them...whetting her fear and sending it forth...that should be the first five bombs. Are there more? Scan the building...and hold that energy she drained off the bombs because shewill probably need it. Keep focused Jess, you can do this...

Nodding to herself, Himinglaeva realizes that battle is joined and that she has been left out. She almost pouts until the cigar explodes and she notices the angry warrior out here. Then.. her face lights up and she grins. "Da ska jag slass du." she remarks (Swedish for: Then I will fight you.) and.. just as those eyes glow, and beams are about to fire... she thrusts her hands forward. She was about to launch a firehose of seawater at the Martian when.. Cap engaged. Okay, then no blasting cuz, she doesn't wanna drown the hero of America. So.. instead of blasting the Martian, she forms the water into a broad bladed spear and launches herself at the man. She has fought alongside shieldmaidens before, so having Cap there should not impede her technique. She goes for a lunge targeted to move around the side of Cap to strike at the Martian, and remarks, "Thor speaks highly of you Captain. It is an honor to fight alongside such a warrior born." Yes, her spear is made out of water. Yes, it is still hard as steel, and sharp as the spear it resembles. It's just translucent. Fun stuff huh?! But she pulls the spear back after that lunge, and swings it about to make room for Cap before pulling it in close and stabbing forward again in time with Cap's movements.

Batgirl turns to see the reaction to her attack, swallowing a bit and stepping back, "Now, now.. Let's not get hasty. Heh.. " She says as she raises her hands. Of course Captain America is charging, and that's a little embarrassing. Her Zippo is dropped and she reaches for the over-sized revolver to quick draw it. "Cap'n , think quick.. over the ramparts we watched..." If Steve doesn't know the next line, then the red bat-flare is going be unpleasant. Suddenly, the shot is fouled, "Wet T-Shirt Girl, duck." Aim. Squeeze trigger. The flare launches, and Batgirl run for it towards the museum doors.

Flashes of energy threw off Brunhilde. She used her braces to defelect a a few of the bolts of energy and force. Eventually he had an opening. "Boom!" the blow came from Hyperion. As everything was put into the blow the force caused the windows to rattle. Brunhilde fell to the ground. Then slowly she got up. Her face was bruised already, blood was coing out of the corner of her mouth was blood. Putitng up both hands she was ready for round two. Hyperion wasn't going to take out someone with ease. This would have been like him battling a Wonder Woman.

Slowly, but surely the chemicals went from unstable to stable. It was still taking Power Ring's focus as one bomb was converted then two. Four more were left. She just had to keep her focus up.

Keeping his attention on Batgirl and Cap, The Martian was ready. Another shield toss happened. This time the Martian was quick to avoid then he went flying toward Cap. So much for distance.

A second later Himginglaeva was rushing with her spear. While the spear nailed the Martian in the side it was a matter of which was stronger: His skin or her magic? It was hard to say as Martian Manhunter was as tough as Superman. As the two came together the order came. Die Mars saw the gun and he tried to move out of the way. Granted, that collision left him reeling. Suddenly, a red flare went out toward the Martian. Again, the skin changed as the bright red object came close. Die Mars tried to fly high, but the flare clipped his leg. Suddenly, he plummted down holding his leg. It was changing shapes. For a moment his skin flashed to powder white, his teeth became sharp like sharks. Those eyes became red and full of hatred. "Ich werde euch alle toten," he said the beams went out toward Himli first. She was getting in close for his taste. Since, he couldn't move those energy beams were necessary.

12:53.

"Okay, you're tough. I'll give you that. But really, impersonating a genuine hero and then trying to blow up museums really doesn't speak well of your motivations. Or mental state." Hyperion cracks his knuckles. It sounds like a thousand necks snapping all at once. Then he rolls his neck and squares himself for battle once more. He gestures with one hand, a nearly univerself movement, beckoning her on. Bring it. And then HE brings it, dashing forward at full speed, planning to get her the hell out of the museum at high speed via flight. His reasoning is simple; She can take a hell of a beating. Let's see how well she can do in a thinner atmosphere. Catching the shield again, Cap dances close to the now immobile Martian while he's trying to eye beam the water goddess. Whoever she is, she seems to know what she's doing. He spins past and tries to strike him in the face...not that it matters that much where you hit a Martian...in a full force attempt to knock him out. He's just going to have to trust that Hyperion can take on the woman, whoever SHE is. This was taking longer than Jessica liked, though the scan did reveal that two bombs were disarmed, and found one more that she had missed. Four left, time is pressing, Jessica feels the fear of being caught in the blast, the fear that the Martian will break free from the distractions and come for her. The fear that Leatherwing is not nvolved in the action yet and may be coming for her. The fear that she will fail and all these relics will be destroyed and perhaps people killed. She needs the fear, embraces the fear, focuses the fear with her will as a weapon, aiming it at the bombs. They are not as stubborn as she is...

Well, the spear was hitting with pure force. Himinglaeva is not as strong as Thor, but she is far stronger than normal people. Several tons of force behind a blade of razor sharpness. When it struek the martian, it likely left a welt, but didn't pierce his hide. She danced back with skill and experience as Cap continued his assault, and then the flare struck and even she stepped back a half pace. Heat.. yeah that is one of her two weaknesses. So, when the eye beams are fired her way, she quickly transforms her spear into a shield made of water.. and interposes that in the way of the beams. Beams which lance right through it, vaporizing the water of the shield and striking her in her left arm, the shield arm... Vaporizing a large amount of the water that makes up her body there... she grunts and staggers back a bit... and now she doesn't care. She holds her other hand his way and summons the force of the seas. "Captain. Evade!" she yells as... FWOOOSH! a rush of seawater, less damaging as forceful.. is sent towards the Martian...

Harleen dives inside the door and flips to stand. Oh, right, the building with the boom-booms. Better than an angry Martian, slightly. She tries to locate the section on Coventry, but just to keep busy, she taunts out, "Hey, Deflated Mouse.. Leather Rat.. Come on out she Polish Chicken." She yells as she hunts for the Enigma machine, its where she would put one, the irony of it too rich.

Brunhilde was fast in her own right. She was quick to move out of the way. Hyperion was moving faster. With the plans of taking her to a new atmosphere the move may have launched himself -INTO- the atmosphere without a passenger.

A blow came from Cap onto Die Mars. He snarled and tried taking a swing at Cap. Did it hurt? Yes. However, Die Mars wanted blood. He wanted to see everyone here in a bloody heap benath his feet. So, he was more than willing to take five blows just to land one.

The third bomb was undone. More fear came in as the noise from inside the museum could easily be heard. How many pieces of time were lost now? This was some new fear to take in. The fourth was being done.

Suddenly, Himinglevea was joining Cap. Beams went toward each of them. Cap's shield could have deflected, the Water Asgardian's shield was able to absorb most of the energy as the shield went "HISS!" as it melted a little. Then a torrent of water came toward the Martian. Suddenly, the alien was submerged in water. Trying hard to fight it the guy focused for a moment, but the pain and lack of breathe was becoming too much. Suddenly, Die Mars was laid out.

On the inside Bartgirl's calls eventually caused a door to open and close. Standing was Leatherwing. His green lensed gaze focused on the woman, "Sad," he said in English with a heavy German accent. Getting into a combat stance he just waited to see what the woman was going to do.

Hyperion is much better at controlling his flight that the blonde valkyrie woman...or whatever she's trying to be, probably realizes, as he manages to keep from going too far. He basically turns on a dime and once again moves to engage his strange blonde foe, adding momentum to his incoming attempt at a right cross. "This one's for the great orator!" he says with a smirk as he launches said punch. Evade? That distracts Cap for a moment...and he goes flying across the street, shield landing on the top of a car and he himself sliding into a wall with stars circling his head. He's stunned for a moment...although at least he's out of the way of Himminglaeva's wave, which nicely deals with the Martian. "Ugh," is all he says. That hurt...

Jessica continuse her task. Things are not sounding good, though shecan not spare he attention to check HOW badly things are going. Actually, it is better that she assumes the worst...that someone is thrashing Hyperion (quite possibly, or he would be out helping with the Martian), that the Martian with soon finish off the distractions of the three less potent heroes, and the Leatherwing is just inside, watching her and waiting the right moment to attack. There is a lot to be afraid of here...Jessica barely manages not to be distracted when a wave of sea water washes over her. Focus Jess, there is no time to wonderwhere the wave came from...assime the Martian kicked it up to defeat your friends and he will be after you any second...finish this beforehe finishes you...

Continuing the firehose for a few seconds after the Martian drops, in case he is faking.. Himinglaeva ends up letting it fade out and... then her right hand goes to her left arm where.. a good chunk of arm seems to be missing. But she's okay for the moment. She looks to Cap and then strides over... letting go of her arm and holding her good hand out to help him up. "You fight well Captain of the Americas. Are there more enemies to face?" she asks, her voice sounding.. hopeful. Cap might recognize the outlook from his dealings with Thor. Asgardians.. they -love- to fight. But once he is up, she gestures towards the building. "Shall we go inside so that if there are no more enemies, at least I can try to contain bombs with seawater?"

Batgirl suddenly finds herself in a bit of nostalgia, Harley vs. Batz. She falls back on the familiar, hopping on her toes and lifting her fists. "Put'em up, put'em up, I'll muderize ya, fake Bat." She says and she shifts in a boxing mode. Hands at the ready, and waiting for him to move first. "Come'n get it you bug-eyed sour-kraut." She'll lose, she figurers; but, this won't be thee first time Harley Quinn was forced to fight a Batman as a distraction.

Brunhilde didn't expect the turnt o be so quick. She was fast, but not quick enough to throw up a counter. Hyperion connected. A second later Brunhilde was down. She was struggling to get up. If there was a means to restrain her now was the time to do it.

Cap was able to see that the Alien needed to be restrained. Now that there was no more effort needed to keep up appearances the white skinned alien was revealed. Unless someone had some extensive knowledge of space they would not have been able to draw a conclusion that a white-skinned alien race responsible for putting Mars into a civil war could have been a very distant cousin to whatever Die Mars was. The resemebalance was similiar, but no one sould have jumped to conclusions.

The four bomb was done then the fifth. One more that could be found. Power Ring just had to keep her focus a little more.

Jiminglaeva saw that her water did the trick. The sounds of a fight were dying down from inside the building, at least the noises for it anyway. Whether the fun actually stopped was another matter entirely.

Inside was Leatherwing and Batgirl. Hyperion was in another part, but could clearly see. Leather wing went at Harleen jumping in the air and going for a kick. One distinct difference between Batman and Leatherwing. When Batman went for a jump kick he aimed for the stomach of chest. Leatherwing was aiming for the head or throat. Punches weren't pulled, but Batman didn't always go for the killshot. This couldn't have been said for Leatherwing. Hit or miss he spoke, "Zwischen Brunhilde und Ihre geflschte Ubermench Ich habe schon gewonnen." 11:17

Like hell..." He may not know what Leatherwing is saying, but he can see what he's aiming for. His next move is risky, but it may pay off. He moves to grab Brunhilde, and if successful, will fly with her towards Leatherwing, and try to use her as a living club to smash into the german knockoff of the Dark Knight. "Batter up!"

Jessica ignores all thoughts of victory, it is possible that last bomb is the trigger of a nuke or of a nerve gas container, shecan not afford to relax before the job is done. She lets nothing but hr fear and her goal enter her mind. When the bombs are done, then shewill see how many Nazi invadersshe needs to fight...

Picking himself up, Steve moves to retrieve his shield...before one of the bad guys recovers and grabs it...then starts looking for something to tie up the Martian with. The Green Lantern is obviously still focusing on the bombs, so she can't help. He looks towards the water manipulator. "I...think there's one more. Inside."

"Then I will go there." says Himinglaeva as she flows in through the doors. She is in a hurry now. If she can find the one more and join in more combat, her night will be complete in a good way! She's searching hard, but.. she has no enhanced senses that work out of the water, and no ability to see through walls. "Where are you?!" she calls out loud. "We never did like the Nazi's... they said they were strong, but they do not know what true strength is! They were nothing but cowards who attacked the weak, but did not try to fight true challenges! I challenge you then as a Warrior of Asgard!" If she can't find them, maybe they'll find her, right?! Of course, she may just stumble upon LEatherwing and HarleyBat...

Batgirl keeps her defenses up, chin down. What she wouldn't give for a mallet. The hits break through, but Harleen tries to return a couple as he starts backing her up. "Owie.. Ouch.." She doesn't speak German, so there is only one possible rebuttal. "Yah, same to ya Mother." She leaves an opening and rolls with the punch as best she can, landing on her back and trying to kick his knee from the side with all her might. Now, there will be pain. "Ya wouldn't hit blonde, would ya?" She figures yea.. Then Wet T-Shirt girl is heard calling out. "HELP!" She adds in shrill squeal.

Die Mars was out cold thanks to pain and needing to breathe. Retraints were needed just not right at this second. That left Cap able to monitor the alien. When the final bomb finished Power Ring would have delt with the absence of fear from that threat. It worked like she said. The blasting mechanism wasn't going to change. However, this was going to be the difference between a bottle rocket smashing, and bombs big enough to level this part of a British Street.

Leatherwing was moving in to drop a leg down. Suddenly, Brunhilde collided into Leatherwing thanks to Hyperion. The force of the blow mixed in with the weight of a Valkeryie hurt. Seconds later Himinglaeva was in the room and able ot hear Harleen's call. Leatherwing was injured, but he was seeing the competition. There was a Ubermench, a Batgirl, some type of water person plus the Captain and Lantern he had seen outside thanks to close circuit cameras. Getting up he looked at everyone and tried to get one last blow on Harleen just because. He knew he was beat, but knowing he caused some damage would have been satisfiying.

"Everyone ok?" Hyperion asks when Brunhilde and Leatherwing go down. He turns back when he hears rustling cloth...or whatever it is. "Oh stay DOWN." he says, moving to intercept Leatherwing and try to k.o. him, using only enough force that if he connects he'll knock him out, not shatter his jaw. ...or skull.

Jessica finishes the bombs and stretches her will to find the villains. She puts the Martian inside a ball of fire and puts the wonder woman clone inside a sphere that pushes inwards, keeling her from getting any leverage. Leatherwing gets a simple force bubble.

Steve Rogers is breathing a little bit hard...and flinching occasionally. He steps back from the Martian as Jessica restrains them. "I'm going to call SHIELD to take charge of them." Steve Rogers is breathing a little bit hard...and flinching occasionally. He steps back from the Martian as Jessica restrains them. "I'm going to call SHIELD to take charge of them."

"Okay, so I know Leatherwing. Anyone got a clue who the blonde is?" Hyperion asks, looking around at Batgirl and the Asgardian.

Batgirl gets a nice solid kick of spite slammed in to her. She grunts and massages her hip. Then she starts to get up, "Thanks." She says and limps a little. "Who are you?" Harleen asks, after all, fellow Brooklyner Cap'n A is the only one she really knows about.

"Name's Hyperion." said hero says by way of introduction. "Second time I've run into the Batman knockoff," he continues, gesturing to Leatherwing, "but the blond is new. Hits like a bullet train going off the rails though..."

"Nice ta meet ya, Hyperion." Her voice shifting to a growl that comes off more poodle than doberman, "I'm Batgirl." Then she coughs a little to clear her throat, "So, you gonna fly these mooks off to Scotland Yard, or where'eva? I left my ride in Gotham."

"Yeah, probably for the best. Gotta see if there's anything around here that will work as restraints for what's her name. She's got super strength. The Batman wanna-be might know some tricks for regular cuffs. Guess we better hope they use zip-ties here and have something for super-strength style villains."

"Good job." She offers and starts to limp towards the exit, Batgirl needs a spa day. "Take care."
