Ian
"Whatever." -Ian 
Ian is a villainous and dedicated servant of Hydra, by engineering. He has known no other life besides that of Hydra. His creation was by science, and he is frequently experimented on, leading to an inconsistent and unstable personality. Icly, unless a character is a member of Hydra Science, they would know nothing of Ian. Within Hydra he is known as an assassin who is frequently used by the science division, and highly skilled for his age.
Ian lacks the social skills to pass for normal. He stares too long, and does creepy, strange things. If Ian's actions bother you OOC, please let the vastly more sane player know. :)

Reality is skewed. Memories have been erased. False memories are occassionally added. Highly susceptible to brainwashing.

Ian is a test subject for Hydra Scientists and may be under the influence of various experiments that hinder his capabilities.
