Born of the Blood Royale of the warrior-world Almerac, Maxima is a fiery presence whose world-trembling psionic powers derive from the Almeracian tradition of eugenic matings with the cream of a thousand worlds. Hearing rumors of both strange and novel powers - and more memorably, a Kryptonian technological outpost - she has brought her craft to this third world around a conventional yellow star.
