Overview[]
Marvel Boy
His ship was shot down after raveling from dimension to dimension, planet to planet, trying to find their way home. Everyone died except him, and he was captured, quickly escaping and getting revenge on the man responsible. One long story later, now he's walking the Earth trying to figure out what exactly he should do with humanity on such a primitive planet. Destroy them, subjugate them, or help their seemingly doomed and corrupt civilization advance.

Abilities
Power: Kree Physiology (2/3/6)
His physical abilities are due to having genetically altered cockroach DNA spliced into his kree DNA, making him much more physically adept than a normal Kree and endowed with abilities that they aren't born with.
Superhuman Strength 6: His raw enhanced Kree strength is far higher than that of a normal human's. This is all physiology.
Superhuman Speed 2/3: His speed is much greater than that of a peak human athlete, though it gets to even greater speeds when he goes into a "white run" and begins to push beyond his normal limits and function at an absolute peak.
Super Durability 6: Noh-Varr's body can pretty much stand up to average human military weapons. It's when things get more advanced levels that he starts to suffer. But he could, say, take a pretty solid punch from Namor without completely exploding.
Superhuman Stamina 6: With his intense physical training and naturally enhanced physiology comes a great amount of stamina. Provided he has food to eat, he can operate pretty much non-stop for at least three days.
Limitation:As stated, without something organic to eat while he's operating at peak output, his stamina suffers
Superhuman Dexterity 6: Noh-Varr has incredible control over his body. He's triple jointed, and able to hold the positions for long periods. It's very difficult to actually dislocate his limbs. He also has incredibly quick reflexes, and when paired when his super hearing can respond to things like an arrow flying at him from behind or dodging a low powered speedster's attacks.
Super Eating: His body is capable of digesting any organic substance and gain energy from it when he's in a weakened state.
Wall-Crawling: He can stick to and walk on walls and ceilings due to his cockroach DNA.
Super Hearing 3: While not nearly Superman level, his hearing is enhanced enough to, say, hear an arrow moving through the air.
Power: Nanobots (4/5/6)
His saliva has nanobots that when in contact with someone's skin (assuming it can penetrate) can make them have a brief hallucination that he controls to a degree, or outright temporary mind control (subject to OOC consent, of course). The willpower resistance rating is a 6.
He can grow sharp nails on his fingers that can (if he wants) cause a large explosion, enough to take out a large room, after breaking it off into something. Arsenal rating 4.
The nails can also release a toxin that can cause the person to black out for an extended period, if they can penetrate the skin. This is a 5 toughness resistance.
The nanobots are able to reroute sensations in his body, making him able to turn pain into other sensations for a while, and vice versa, and generally control his own body chemistry. His hair can be grown or solidified at will.
Power: Willpower (6)
Noh-Varr has an incredible amount of willpower. He's had intense mental training and is very much set in the ways of the Kree. There isn't a whole lot that can shake his force of will, as he's willing to play through pain and even be defiant in the face of psychological or physical torture.
While he can't see through mental illusions or defend himself from psychic attacks, he can detect when powers that affect his mind are being used on him and when something is a mental illusion or psychic attack, and if they're in his line of sight, who's using it.
Skills: Expert Combatant (6/8)
Limitation: This is generally taxing to do for an extended period, so white runs are typically done in short bursts of a few minutes at a time, as they're meant to get a fight over with as quickly as possible.
Noh-Varr is a highly skilled armed and unarmed combatant. His fighting style is highly pragmatic in that he observes and adapts to the situation at hand with an extreme level of almost instinctive tactical planning, not relying on any specific fighting style but forming whatever maneuver is the most efficient as he goes along. His combat rating is a 6 at this level.
He's also able to "White Run", a trance-like state to block out everything except his current actions; not feeling pain, seeing, or hearing anything except his current task. This greatly raises his focus and efficiency until he's completed his goal. At this level he's at an 8, operating at peak levels of efficiency and skill.
Skills: Expert Marksman (7)
He's incredibly precise with all manner ranged weaponry, things below his technology level not being very difficult to figure out even if he's never used it before.
Skills: Expert Pilot (6)
Noh-Varr is an expert at piloting Kree vehicles. He could pilot most human vehicles due to their low technology level, except perhaps less public tech that would require a bit of getting used to.
Skills: Science (7)
By human standards he has genius level intellect in the technological fields of science. He's a specialist at technology involving dimensional science, general engineering, and time travel (such things at staff discretion, of course). Hacking/modifying/upgrading human computers and technology isn't a very difficult task for him (except for things meant to keep advanced aliens out). Though making things at an advanced Kree level of technology does take time, an incredible amount of energy, and resources that are very impractical to acquire on Earth (Such as Reed Richards or Tony Stark level resources).
Tech: Gauntlets (6)
His Gauntlets are capable of transforming into a wide range of forms. Gun forms can fire blasts of varying sizes, such as small concussive blasts or powerful plasma blasts that can heavily damage buildings or just damage people depending on the size. It can also take the form of blades, and fire self-replicating grenades.
Advantages
Advantage: Languages
Noh-Varr knows many major alien languages from diplomatic planets. He's fluent in Kree, Kryptonian, Martian, Shi'ar, and Skrull thanks to the Plex, as these are some of the most well known diplomatic (asterisk on Skrull, obviously) races that the Kree know of in his universe. He knows bits and pieces of other languages due to some brief diplomatic missions, but isn't fluent. He's also downloaded Earth's languages to his brain with the Plex, before the computer was destroyed. Though there's no way he could have learned dead or ancient languages, since he downloaded currently used languages to his brain from the internet.
Advantage: Super-Dense Costume
Noh-Varr's costume is made of super-dense alien metals, meaning it's much harder to rip than simple fabric, though it doesn't offer much in the way of protection.
Advantage: The Marvel
Not the original Marvel that Noh-Varr crashed on Earth, but it's made of parts salvaged from it. This ship is much smaller on the outside, about the size of a train car. The cockpit has five seats. The dimensional properties inside of the ship can be altered a bit, so its interior space has enough room for five people to have their own living quarters. The ship runs on Kirby engines, which are sparked by belief and powered by the energy generated from the imaginations of the people inside of it. The engines have a lower chance of functioning when there are less people in the ship. There's also an armory of Kree weapons inside, largely useless to him since he has his gauntlets.
Flaws
Flaw: Humanity
Considering they shot his ship down and killed his friends and family, and what he's studied of human culture, he doesn't have a lot of hope for the human race to survive on their own. Because of this, he's hell-bent on either taking over, destroying the human race, or taking it upon himself to help them advance in some way. Either way, they need to be taught the ways of the Kree.
Flaw: Monitored
He's monitored (unknown to him) by SHIELD due to his capabilities and the fact that he expressed the willingness to take over Earth (to make it 'better') when he first arrived. He's not quite a great enough threat to be arrested yet, so he's being monitored just in case he does decide to try and follow through with anything.
Flaw: Propaganda
His head is full of Kree propaganda, he believes Kree ways are superior to all others, and easily finds cultures "less evolved" than his to be primitive, expendable, or at least worth taking over and changing. This, obviously, can easily bring him into a conflict.
Flaw: Reckless
Noh-Varr has a habit of being incredibly reckless. Even though he usually thoroughly plans and thinks his actions through, the course of action he //planned// turns out appearing completely reckless anyway at times. He doesn't always see the need for being subtle. Also, due to Noh-Varr's skills, heritage, and general breeding, he can be a bit over-confident. His expert tactical analyzing isn't completely flawless, but in most situations he certainly //thinks// it is.
Flaw: Refuel
If Noh-Varr uses his nanobot abilities too much, he needs to eat, a lot, particularly when he uses the more explodey ones. This also applies when he's been pushing his body to great lengths and basically burns through his superhuman capability to push himself. Without the ability to eat a load of food, starving him out makes it fairly difficult for him to function at his usual superhuman capacity.

Associations[]

Tony Stark Potential future subjugator of humanity. Might not understand his potential to help Earth and its people evolve. Needs more lessons on proper Kree benevolence. |
link={{{link}}} |
Alison Blaire Seems to avoid direct diplomacy. Typical human behavior so far. |
link={{{link}}} |
Jessica Drew Expert at ice skating, the most useless human skill. But seems to acknowledge how amazing Kree diplomacy is. |
link={{{link}}} |
Pepper Potts Clearly a genetic alpha of the species. Possibly a trait of the red haired ones? Is not intimidated by those who appear physically superior, suggesting that she has some sort of latent cosmic level power. Current holder of the Phoenix Force? |
link={{{link}}} |
Diana of Themyscira Appears to show obvious signs of physical superiority to the typical human. Shows psychological warrior traits lacking in even the typical Earth warrior forces. Very Kree, though appears to believe in concepts like destiny and other such folklore. |
link={{{link}}} |
Steve Rogers Has a very Kree-like faith in his government and military. A very admirable trait. Likely one of the most exceptional humans so far, psychologically. Though this belief in Earth's military prowess against an alien threat will likely not end well. |
link={{{link}}} |
Thor Odinson Appears to believe he's a god, and other people seem to believe it as well. Physically appears to be exceptional, and likely has some sort of extraordinary ability if humans believe he's a god, as most of them are not that gullible. |
link={{{link}}} |
Kyle Rayner Completely unexceptional in every way. Possibly below average. |
link={{{link}}} |
Green Lantern (Newbie) An incredibly new Green Lantern. Completely unintimidating in every way, but useful for information. I will probably have to teach him about proper space policing. |
link={{{link}}} |
The Five-in-One A very interesting specimen of human evolution. Five identical twins with a hive-mind. They have incredible potential due to their mental efficiency. I could teach them some Kree science and possibly even teach them about proper benevolent subjugation. The Phoebe twin thinks I'm great, but this is expected of one so intelligent as to recognize the superiority of Kree genetics. |
link={{{link}}} |
Lex Luthor Asked me about Kree culture and then seemed to not be as interested after I told him. I believe he was attempting to information grab, but he was only told things that aren't a threat to Kree security. The Earth's rich and powerful can obviously not be directly trusted with sensitive information. The Five-in-One do not like him, and I trust their superior intelligence, though they also say that he's useful and powerful. |
link={{{link}}} |
Selina Kyle Seems to have very strong emotional responses to the feline species. Probably some sort of feline alien masquerading as a human on Earth. Typical animal-alien species behavior. But I'll endear myself to her and draw up some blueprints for something to help her felines, then perhaps she'll give me money and a delicious can of cat food. |
link={{{link}}} |
James Rhodes Very smart guy, not irrational like most humans. Seems to know Tony Stark. He has some sort of unknown cybernetics. Gave the useful information that there is a Green Lantern on this planet. He also taught me about the wonders of peanuts, which will be spared if there is ever an invasion. |
